Salon Booking Policies
Late Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other scheduled guests.
Late arrivals may result in a reduction of service time while still being charged for the full scheduled service.
If you have not arrived or contacted the salon within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and your card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
At The Invention Room, we value your time—and the time of our service providers. To ensure the best experience for all of our guests, we ask that you review and respect the following policy.
Appointment Reservations
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, your card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, and missed appointments result in lost time that cannot be filled.
Authorization to Charge
By booking an appointment, you authorize The Invention Room to charge your card on file for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, in accordance with this policy.
Non-Refundable Fees
All no-show and late cancellation fees are non-refundable.
Future Booking Policy
Clients with repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may be required to place a retainer to reserve future bookings.
